Palletised goods are delivered to the building door / curb side only. Courier cannot un palletise, bring boxes inside or take goods upstairs. Pallet will be delivered/wheeled to the safest convenient reachable location.

Pallet trucks cannot be used on gravelled surface. PLEASE NOTE this also covers flats which are not located on the ground floor. Drivers are unaccompanied; they will not move or take away any existing goods or property.

Aztek Logistics through Pallet-Track network. Aztek offers palletised courier service for large bulky items or furniture sets.
