So please keep any eye on the parcel tracking we provide and start to think about leaving a note for the courier asking him or her to leave the parcel somewhere safe in your absence (shed, neighbour, garage etc). Unfortunately the driver will not be able to take your furniture to your specific apartment if it involves flights of stairs, long walks etc so please assume they may only be able to bring it to your communal entrance. It is at the driver's discretion as to whether they take it any further. Unfortunately the drivers do not unpack your furniture for you.
