This is a stunning early Victorian table which dates to circa 1860 but has been created in the manner of an Elizabethan table. When extended the table is of massive proportions measuring just under 2 m in length. The table has a wonderful bulbous turned turned and exquisitely carved'pineapple' legs which are joined by a beautifully shaped. The table could be use as a small dining table when the leaves are closed but is of massive proportions measuring just under 2 m when extended and is a very sturdy piece. The table is a wonderful colour which has been difficult to capture in the photographs.
As can be seen from the above dimensions this table is of lovely proportions. This is a lovely early Victorian table which dates to circa 1860 but has been created in the manner of an Elizabethan / Jacobean table. The condition of this piece is very good as can be seen from the photographs, as with any antiques just minor marks / knocks commensurate with age and careful use, which is superb considering the age of this piece. Overall this is a wonderful table, and it would make a superb addition to any home. For collection in person, cash on collection.
