These beautiful mantels / floating shelves are solid wood and very heavy duty. The hidden round solid 6mm steel fixing plate is already rebated into the back, ready to fit to the wall. I supply all the fixings you need for your convenience and to make the fitting process very simple. These beautiful mantels / floating shelves come in 12 different colours, 6 different lengths and in medium or large. The medium is 5.5 inches high and the large is 7.5 inches high. Both the medium, and the large protrude from the wall 6 inches. A perfect depth for displaying your items. The main part of the medium mantel is 4 inch x 4 inch and the large mantels main part is 6 inch x 4 inch, they both have a 5 inch x 1 inch and a 6 inch x 1 inch on top. Both mantels have a 1 inch overhang in each step. This item can be used as a mantel above a fire, or as a floating shelf in any room. Personally I feel they look lovely as a mantel and as a shelf in a kitchen to display cups and plates or in a lounge to show off all your personal items such as photos and trophies.
